Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

What causes lines when printing?
These white lines are caused by clogged nozzles that aren't dispensing ink. Some printer manufacturers are trying to solve this problem by incorporating the print head into the ink cartridge. Alcohol is a solvent and will usually help to dissolve any ink buildup that might be clogging the print head.
How does a line printer work?
Line printers as well as serial dot matrix printers use pins to strike against the inked ribbon, making dots on the paper and forming the desired characters. When both fields equalize, the energy stored in the spring is released to strike the hammer against the ribbon and prints a dot on the paper.
What does printer line and page mean?
A page printer is a computer printer which processes and prints a, whole page at a time, as opposed to printers which print one line or character at a time such as line printers and dot-matrix printers.
What is the difference between a page printer and a line printer?
While using a page printer it is possible to print the whole page at a time whereas a new printer prints a page or a character at a time. The laser printers are page printers whereas the dot matrix printers are line printers. Both can be used to print documents from a computer after attaching them.
What causes vertical lines when printing?
Printer heads and rollers get dirty over time. While not exclusive to low-resolution prints, debris on the printer heads and rollers can produce vertical lines in the print because the ink is either being blocked from going on to the page or is being smeared once on the page.
How do you fix lines when printing?

Why does my laser printer leaving streaks on the page?
Streaking is usually caused by a worn out drum unit or spent toner cartridge. Reinstall the toner cartridge and run a test print. If the quality does not improve, check your printer's user guide to see if there is a cartridge cleaning function built into the machine.
What is the speed of line printer?
Print speeds of 600 lines per minute (approximately 10 pages per minute) were achieved in the 1950s, later increasing to as much as 1200 LPM. Line printers print a complete line at a time and have speeds in the range of 150 to 2500 lines per minute.
