The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

What do you like best?
I manage customer service at high tech firms but at home I am just a mom. And every summer I have the nightmare of getting medical forms for kids to summer camps. Usually it is a real pain of printing the form, filling in the info for the kid, scanning it, faxing it to the pediatrician. This time I decided to try PDFfiller which I use at work, and it literally took me 3 min to do two camps! I just imported the medical form pdf, filled it in, and faxed it to the doctor's office right from the app. Nightmare no more :-)
What do you dislike?
Some UI feels non-standard. For example I could only save the pdf in my downloads folder rather than being able to select the folder I wanted.

I am able to complete many forms without having to use more complex programs.
The ability to find and fill out form not available other wise.
Some searches turn up rather strange results.

How PDFfiller helped me
PdfFiller has saved me alot of time and money, I've used PdfFiller to sign documents for work and get them signed. Navigating through the software is easy, it allows you to not only upload the document needed to sign but email and a host of other different options which would definetly come in handy for those who are not tech savy and up to date with using the internet that well. Pdffiller has been not only a life saver but a time and money saver too. It is great for people who may not have to sign alot of documents or have to especially with the trial thats offered. I would highly recommend trying the program out.
I love the fact that PdfFiller is easy to navigate and it helps maintain formatting which is very important to the way people retain information and it keeps it just as it should be. PDf also allows you to implement watermarks and digital signatures which are very viable in the business industry. I also love the fact that software allows you a free trial so if your not satsfied your not obligated to stick to the program.
I cant really think of any cons about Pdffiller its very easy to use and worth the price.

Having edited a document with the help of pdfFiller, you can easily print it out from your account online. There are several options to allow you to do so:
If you opened a document in the editor and made the necessary edits, click the “Done” button in the top right corner:
In the window that opens next select the appropriate options: Export → Print:
To print the opened document, you can also press the arrow on the right of the “Done” button and select “Print” in the drop-down menu:
The third option is to select the document in the appropriate folder in MY DOCS and press “Print” in the menu on the right:
Whichever method works better for you, on the next page you will need to select the pages that are to be printed:
Pay attention to the “Settings” button
and the “Print content only” option, which allows printing out only the content (text, images, signatures, etc.) that was added to the document after it has appeared in MY DOCS. When ready, click the “Print” button in the top right corner and pdfFiller will prepare your document for printing
In the tab that opens then, you will see a regular menu to choose the printer’s settings.
