okay hello everybody good morning and welcome to this webinar where we're going to be talking about print and pdf settings and print sets in tax cycle my name is sharko hoyta i'm a cpa cga with tax cycle and i work as a business and tax analyst so if everyone is ready to go we will go ahead and get started so today we're going to cover print and pdf so we're going to go through a lot of basic stuff so if you're new to tax cycle this will be super important for you to understand how we handle printing in tax cycle if you are a veteran of tax cycle then this is also going to be useful because we have added some additional print functionality in our our printing options and i think that that will be something you'll want to know about when you're getting prepared for this year's tax season so i'm happy to be actually offering this a bit early this year because i think it's super important to get all of this stuff out of the way early before you get super busy in tax season setting all this up now with your workflow and how you like to work will help you so much as you move through when you get busier to just streamline your processes and make your office much more efficient so we're going to cover how to print a single form how to do a quick print how to set up your printer settings and we'll do that by form and also by print set we're going to talk about pdf settings printing to email printing your full tax return printing a full family return with a single click printings print sets sharing print sets and printer settings print set conditions if you're creating your own print sets or if you want to modify the existing print sets creating the new print set which i just mentioned form selection and batch printing so now we're going to just talk first about how to print a single form so typically one of the important forms that we use in or as tax preparers is our t183 so i'm just going to go fast find and look for my t183 and i'm gonna just quickly go to that so here it is now in my main window or i can navigate down here along the side to where are you it should be in my filing and authorization there it is okay so if you are looking to print a single form it's super easy to do we have a tools menu up here you can click on that and all of your print options for printing are in here you can also on your particular form that you're interested in printing in from the side menu i can right click and print the selected page or i can quick print the selected page and i'll tell you what the difference between those two is in a second i can also on the form itself i can right click and have print or quick print show up there and you'll also see where we offer some shortcut keys so if you're one of these people that likes to use shortcuts you can control shift p and it will do the same thing as what we're doing right now and to quick quick print would be ctrl alt p if you like those shortcuts we have a whole um quick reference card on our website you can...
