I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that

IM IN THE WORST PREDICAMENT AND CANT AFFORD LEGAL HELP. THE ONLY CALMING FACTOR IS FINDING WHAT I NEED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY EVEN HARD TO FIND BRIEFS AND CASES OF SIMILAR NATURE. Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account. LOVE it!
Everything thing in this app is easily navigated, you are able to save documents to revise later. A big pro for me is when you send a PDF, say as soon as you hit send, you are like "oh my goodness I forget a important part"
You can go into that sent email and revise or add on. As long as the recipient has not opened it yet.
Im not fond of the code to open the PDF you have sent, expires for them. I'm still rather new to this so I plan on leaving another review once I figure out ALL the kinks of the app
