I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

Much easier to use than Adobe and hours of frustration. I tried pdfFiller for my business and within a few minutes .had a PDF fillable PDF created.

Used pdfFiller product during free trial period, met my needs with an important document that was needed to process timely application. Being retired, just do not need entire year of the service. An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. Thank you **** and ***** for your unbelievable attention to detail and rapid results.

What do you like best?
The ability to modify documents specific to our needs. The Tools provided give me maximum ability to modify, add, remove and edit any document in any way that is needed.

I haven't encountered anything I dislike about this product.

It's helping us to create documents that are needed specific to our clients rather than generating generic and boilerplate documents that are not personalized to our clients.

if the connection of the internet service provider is weak the form you type is loading until the connection comeback and repeat again in where you are last typing.

I used this one time for squares for a fundraiser and was looking forward to continuing using this service needed for a side job; however, this side job fell through. I thought I had cancelled on March 2, but must have not submitted something. I was charged today. If I could be refunded I would really appreciate it.
