It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

My Favorite PDF Signing Software
I've been using PdfFiller for many years and I've gotten used to the interface and so to me, it's pretty easy to use, but I've dabbled with other online document signing software and I admit those are pretty easy to use.
Some of its competitors seems to have pretty user friendly interfaces.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.

I have got to say during this time of a COVID-19 crisis, it's nice to have a service like this where I can just get the pdf's filled out and signed. It also makes for the reader on the other end to see it more clearly. I am an extremely happy customer and will continue to be for as long as COVID is here anyway.

What do you like best?
The dashboard is intuitive and for me the best thing is being able to sign documents.
What do you dislike?
The application is good but has limitations versus the competition such as file size and not having the scanner tool on the cell phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion, a multilanguage tutorial is necessary.

Can Medicaid Take my settlement money?
In a 2006 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously ruled that states can only recover their costs from the portion of a Medicaid recipient's settlement that is specifically allocated to medical expenses, leaving the remaining settlement funds untouched.
Will my settlement affect my Medicaid?
Receiving a personal injury settlement does not affect Social Security Disability Income (SDI) or Medicare. Benefits such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid, however, will be terminated once a settlement is received, unless the settlement is transferred to a special needs trust.
Will I lose my Medicaid if I get a settlement?
Medicaid considers assets or money from a lawsuit settlement to be income for the month it was received. Individuals who receive money or assets from a lawsuit, and the money or assets are more than their Medicaid benefits are likely to lose their Medicaid benefit for that month.
Will inheritance affect my Medicaid benefits?
An inheritance may also affect your income, which in turn affects Medicaid eligibility. If you inherit an annuity, and it pays out a monthly benefit, if it puts you over the SSI monthly limit, you will no longer qualify for SSI or for Medicaid. Income limits vary by program and by state.
What disqualifies Medicaid?
Assets You Can Have and Still Qualify for Medicaid. Medicaid is a joint federal and state program that helps people with limited income and few assets cover health care costs. Any cash, savings, investments or property that exceed these limits are considered countable assets and will disqualify an applicant.
Can Social Security take my settlement?
Your settlement should NOT affect your eligibility for Social Security Disability Income (SDI) or Medicare because SDI and Medicare offer benefits based on work history, not income or financial resources. In many states, disabled people who receive SSI will also automatically qualify for Medicaid.
Do lawyers have to pay back Medicaid?
Medicaid has a lien on your recovery, but it can be negotiated. It is very important to hire a lawyer to do this for you. The insurance company will pay you back for the bills you incur but will not pay them when they are due.
Do I have to pay back Medicaid?
You may have to pay Medicaid back if: Recovery can only be made if at the time of death, you have no surviving spouse, no child under the age of 21, or no child who is blind or disabled. Recovery is limited to the amount of medical assistance provided for you when you were 55 years of age or older.
