Only criticism is I tried to pay with my New Zealand AMEX and it was rejected and Amex NZ blocked the card sensing you were defrauding me! Payment went through via another card but only after the bank got my OK as it seems your company has some "black marks" and perhaps inadvertent links to some known fraudsters.

I think your product is fabulous and quite easy to use. My problem is that I have a very part time office and paying the monthly or even yearly subscription is difficult. A per use charge might work better for me.

I subscribed to the Ultimate - it was very user unfriendly with absolutely no online tutorials or help - and I am no novice, I have designed and published several of my own websites. Amazing product! I was able to fill a tax form very easily and sign it. Better than all others I've tried!
There are two comments for the development team and marketing team: 1/I expected a free trial, and 2/There are so many options that it can be confusing when you are just starting. I would have appreciated less options up front and some video tutorials to introduce me to advanced features.

I have terrible handwriting and often end up having to tear up forms and fill them out again. Especially if the spaces provided to write information are small.
This program has worked perfectly for every single document that i have used it for. Very user friendly. Aligns text precisely.

I was unable to embolden a specific part of my texts. Each time I select the target part, the whole texts are emboldened.
Other than this, I'm having a great experience using pdfFiller; it has many great functionalites.

Impressive customer service
I needed pdfFiller for one time use so subscribed and immediately cancelled my subscription when I had finished. A month later I was charged $96. I got in contact with their customer support team via the online live chat and within 2 minutes of contacting them the money was back in my paypal balance, no questions asked. How do I stop Google Chrome from changing PDF files?
Select Site Settings. Scroll down through the Permissions list of options and select PDF documents. Use the toggle switch next to Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome to turn the feature on or off. When turned on, the toggle should appear blue and switched on to the right.
How do I lock a PDF from editing online?
Click the Select a file button above or drag and drop a PDF into the drop zone. Enter a password, then retype it to confirm the password. Click Set password. Download the password protected PDF document or sign in to share it.
Can you restrict access to a PDF?
Note: You can set permissions to restrict others from printing the document, changing, editing or copying the document's content. Also, limit extracting pages, filling in form fields, or signing the document. Add a Manage Settings password to apply the security settings.
