How do I make headers different in Word?
Click anywhere in the section of your document for which you want to create a different header or footer. In Word 2010 and 2007, select the Insert tab, and then select either Header or Footer. Then, select Edit Header or Edit Footer. In earlier versions of Word, from the View menu, select Header and Footer.
How do I lock down a Word document?
Click on the File menu and select Protect Document. From the Protect Document menu, select the option to Always Open Read-Only. Stay at the same screen and again click on the Protect Document button. This time, select the option to Encrypt with Password.
