I like it but wish there was an edit instead of erase and text to change something. There may be but I'm not aware of it so a webinar would be very helpful.

If the work is created by an employee, the employer is considered to be the author and owns the copyright as a work for hire. As the owner of the copyright, the author has the exclusive right to make copies of the work, display and perform the work publicly and to distribute copies of the work to the public.
You can file online with the copyright office and pay a $35 fee, or you can register your work by submitting a Form CO and a non-returnable copy of your work along with a $50 fee. Keep in mind that if you register online, the Library of Congress still needs hard copies of the best edition of your work.
