Great product. Have been using it for years. Not easy or intuitive to renew subscription. Ended up getting a 50% renewal but was initially offered a 75% renewal. Mainly use this for personal and light business use.

Their program is wonderful. I had a special project last year and it performed as expected. This year project over, subscription wasn't necessary but it automatically renewed. I cancelled it and within MINUTES customer support responded they were processing the refund. Exceptional customer support. I would highly recommend this service.

The Publish & Notify button near the top-left corner of the Scheduler allows you to publish the schedule for the day, week, or month that you're currently viewing. When you're finished making the schedule, click Publish & Notify to let your employees know about their shifts.
You can add shifts by tapping the floating + icon in the bottom-right hand corner. You can also publish these shifts by tapping the Publish Shifts floating button or approve timesheets by tapping the Approve Timesheets floating button.
Open up the Deputy app and navigate to the tab. Tap 'Available Shifts'. Then tap the shift you would like to claim.
Claiming Open Shifts via Web Browser Then, navigate to the tab. In the Calendar section, the Open Shift will appear on the relevant day on the calendar. After clicking the Open Shift, the following will pop-up. Click 'Claim Shift' to take the Open Shift for yourself.
Deleting a single shift Hover over the shift you want to delete. Click, then select Delete. Alternatively, you can edit the shift, then click Delete.
Activating Your Deputy Account Your employer will set up a Deputy account and add your details. You'll get an email invitation from Deputy and all you need to do is click to accept the invitation and go to Deputy. Once you have accepted the invite, you'll get another email with your password and PIN.
Get the Smartphone App After you have accepted your invite, find the Deputy App on your Apple or Android store. Download it and log in. You'll easily figure it out how to use the app. If you can use Facebook, you can use Deputy.
Deputy is a simple system used to record timesheets for your employers. We've created an easy-to-use application that allows you to start and end your shifts. While we do not offer an app for Blackberry and Windows phones, you can still access all Deputy via their respective mobile browsers.
