It works well overall It works well overall. I like being able to take an existing form and change the names of the form elements to match our database. The one issue I just had was with text alignment for a text box. I do not see the property for that. My workaround was to copy an existing text box that was center aligned.

Salary requirements can be included in your cover letter with sentences such as “My salary requirement is negotiable based upon the job responsibilities and the total compensation package,” or “My salary requirement is in the $25,000 to $35,000+ range.”
Ask what the range is for the job or ask to hear the interviewer's best offer. The goal is to get them to mention their ideal range first since that will put you at an advantage for negotiations, Mages says. You say: In general, I expect a salary that's consistent with current employees at the same level.
You can try to skirt the question with a broad answer, such as, My salary expectations are in line with my experience and qualifications. Or, If this is the right job for me, I'm sure we can come to an agreement on salary. This will show that you're willing to negotiate. Offer a range.
Normally, the answer would be, “None of your business.” But when applying for a job, especially one you are interested in, you should prepare for questions about salary. The best way to deal with the question in a job interview is to defer the subject of your salary history until you have more facts.
A good rule of thumb is to keep the lower end of your range at least 10 percent above your current salary, or the number you determine is a reasonable salary for the position. For example, if you currently earn $50,000, you may say that your range is $55,000 to $65,000.
For example, you might tell them your expected salary is $65,000, but the minimum they pay for that job is $70,000. If your expected salary is well above their budgeted pay range, they may just move on to other similar candidates with lower salary expectations.
Express your salary range and include the disclosure that the range was based on research. For example, you could write, __You asked for my salary requirements. Based on my industry research, my acceptable salary range would be $50,000 to $55,000 per year, excluding benefits.
