I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

This has to be the easiest app. on the market. I love the upload from the web, or my pc. I have even used the e-mail. The Templet feature for often used form is great and a time saver. I have already told 3 friends who are also using your service now.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. Install the Contact Form 7 plugin. Activate the plugin. On the left navigation bar, click Contact. Click Add New button if you are creating a new form. Click the Mail tab. Enter a Title for your form. Update the To field to the email address where you want the form to send.

How a Contact Form Works on your Website. When a visitor goes to a contact page on your website, they will have a set of fields they need to enter. Once they have filled in the fields, they will hit the submit button, and it will automatically be sent to an email address you specify.
Go to File > New. In Search online templates, type Forms or the type of form you want and press ENTER. Choose a form template, and then select Create or Download.

To add the contact form to default WordPress page, on side menu go to Pages Add New. Name the page “Contact Us”. In the text editor, click Add Form button and in a drop-down menu select the form created in the previous step. Click Insert button and publish the page.
