I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.

Great. Still getting used to it though. But is very helpful indeed. When I paid for this it cost $120 but my credit card was deducted $170. I am still waiting for a response please and a refund

So far my overall experience has been pretty great. The only thing I would recommend would be having more of a collection of pdf's to compare on certain subjects. Other than that, I am one happy customer!

I haven’t used their service but I was being charged yearly by mistake for whatever weird reason, and they immediately gave me a refund and apologized. These guys are on the ball! Couldn’t complain if I tried.

Remember: things can move much more slowly than you might expect, so starting at 11am gives you a lot more time to get to moving in than starting at 2pm.

A buyer will typically seek early possession where they require sufficient time to move their possessions, or to allow them somewhere to live until the settlement has been completed.
