some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

I just wanted to fill one document but I don't have full adobe on this machine. Then I wanted to print and I had to buy it to print which was okay as I need a system. It works great now that I am learning how it flows.

I am using this service as an ex-pat in Ecuador to communicate with government services in the U.S. Not certain yet if offices like Social Security will accept forms mailed from an online-filler service, so am withholding the 5th star until I know they'll actually accept my forms.

I really liked how the software navigates you through the document so quickly so you don't forget to fill in any information, and it tells you if the recipient receives it.
It's supposed to have just about any document you would need or want but I couldn't find any of the ones I needed. It was frustrating trying to look for a document and not be able to figure out where the list was.

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. Can you voluntarily foreclose your house?
A voluntary foreclosure is a foreclosure proceeding that is initiated by a borrower who is unable to continue making loan payments on a property, in an attempt to avoid further payments and prevent involuntary foreclosure and eviction.
Is surrendering your home the same as foreclosure?
The primary difference between surrendering a home and foreclosure is the possibility of owing money after the sale. When a home is surrendered, a foreclosure will ensue but only as a means of clearing title, so the bank can sell the home.
What happens when you surrender your home in a Chapter 13?
Your lender will be free to foreclose, and you'll lose all the benefits of the bankruptcy case, like protection from your other creditors and a discharge (getting rid) of your debts. Dismiss your Chapter 13 case and file a new one. Your new repayment plan will provide for the surrender of the house at confirmation.
Can I give my house back to the bank without penalty?
You can give your house back to the bank through a voluntary process called “deed in lieu of foreclosure.” Homeowners who realize they can no longer afford their home often choose this route instead of allowing the bank to foreclose on the property.
Can I surrender my mortgage?
Voluntary surrender of your home can remove your mortgage liability. Lenders take the property, you vacate the home and the lender resells the home. But before signing over your deed, understand the possible consequences of walking away and giving up your property voluntarily.
How bad is it to foreclose on a house?
According to FICO, if your credit score is 680, a foreclosure will drop your credit score on average by 85 to 105 points. If your credit score is excellent at 780, a foreclosure will drop your score by 140 to 160 points. In other words, the higher your credit score the more it will get smashed!
Can you go to jail for foreclosure?
A borrower will not go to jail if they default on their mortgage loan, but they could face criminal charges in a couple of extreme situations described below. In some states, foreclosure involves judicial proceedings. The lawsuit does not involve any criminal charges against the borrower.
How long does a home foreclosure affect your credit?
Foreclosure happens when you default on your mortgage and your lender takes ownership of the home. A foreclosure stays on your credit reports for seven years from the date of the first missed payment, bringing down your credit score.
