I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. I checked out their pdf software, it's truly great, I liked it and I was ready to buy a year subscription, but all these bad reviews on line about this company made me nervous. However I signed up and now I am pleased to work with it

Searching for specific wording in a .PDF file
My request for assistance with an issue I didn't know how to fix was answered very quickly and I was back to work. Unlike most support with other software companies where you wait 3 days for a response requesting additional information then another 3 days for a response and usually goes on and on. pdfFiller was right there and stayed with me until the problem was solved. Anyone dealing with .PDF files and not using pdfFiller is losing out.

In the middle of a one-time need to fill-in an online PDF form, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription to PDFfiller, and my ****** account was billed. I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.
