I wish there were more typfaces I could use. Also, I couldn't figure out how to italicize titles within the document without it italicizing all around it. I gave up after several attempts. Wish that part were more user friendly.

PDFfiller is da bomb I like how easy it is to edit a pdf and change what you want or add what you want to it I find it difficult to see how big or small the font is until I print it

For example, in California, there is a “one year expressed limited warranty” provided under California Civil Code 900. This is a one-year implied warranty for both new construction and remodeling projects.
The applicable Statute of Limitations for filing a construction defect claim depends on the cause of action on which the lawsuit is based. The California statute of limitations for breach of contract and breach of implied warranty is two years for oral agreements and four years for written ones.
Depending on the type of case or procedure, California's statutes of limitations range from one year to 10 years. The point at which the clock starts ticking typically is the date of the incident or discovery of a wrong. Each state has their own statutes of limitations.

Both owners and contractors point to this provision as a contractual limit on the contractor's obligation to correct defective work discovered more than one year after completion of the construction.
All work performed by him directly and for which guarantees are required. For a period of one year, or for a longer period where so provided in the Specifications, all materials and workmanship installed under the Contract are to be of acceptable quality in every respect and to remain so during the guarantee period.
For example, under the New Home Warranty Act, the contractor warrants the house will be free of any defect in materials or workmanship not regulated by the building standards, or warrants that it will be free from any defect due to noncompliance with the applicable building standards, for a period of one year.
