It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. PDFfiller lets me print out a nice looking form for school physical exam. It is harder to use than manually writing on a school physical form. However, there are fewer mistakes on a printed version from a computer than sometimes I found when I had to manually fill out a previous version of a school physical form. Thank you.

Font choice is a little limited unless I don't know how to find them... Other than that, I've used PDF Filler for about three years now and it is almost a necessity with my job.

I've used it numerous times in Real Estate transactions to finalize contracts, revise items, and change information, etc. It makes my job much easier, neater, and smoother.

We use this program daily in our offices. It allows for ease of use in getting things signed and sent back quickly.
We have no cons at this time and have been using the services for almost 2 years now.

Everything works wonderfully
Everything works wonderfully. I have not found a program that works better. My only constructive thing to add would be saving and editing. I would like to be able to save the each edit right away then the next like Bluebeam allows.

Such helpful customer support
This is a great product but I only needed it for a short while, (1 day) but forgot to cancel my free trial, contacted customer support and they arranged for a refund right away, so very helpful.

There are many template options to choose from, which is very helpful. PdfFiller is also easy to navigate. I would highly recommend it!

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.

Is it illegal to alter an invoice?
It's not illegal, per se, to amend an invoice that you've raised, but it is covering your back as it could invite litigation if you amend your own version of it without cancelling the original version — in particular if the customer has actually paid against the original.
Can an invoice be changed?
Changing invoices that have already been issued If you would like to change the original amount issued on the invoice to either higher or lower, you will need to issue a credit note. Instead, you can simply create a new invoice with the corrected information, and send the new bill to your customer.

What happens if an invoice is incorrect?
If an incorrect invoice has been sent, the business must issue a cancellation invoice with its own, new invoice number. Is it legal to change an invoice Australia?
While the prices on a pro forma invoice can change at any time, a commercial invoice is legally binding. If you issue one of these, you can't change the price until the invoice has expired.

An invoice is not a legal document on its own. While invoicing is an important accounting practice for businesses, invoices do not serve as a legally binding agreement between the business and its client. There is no proof on the invoice itself that both parties have agreed to its terms.
