Need to make this able to handle more than 150 pages, or at least have the document splitter handle up to 500 pages. I manage PDF files which average 300 pages....

I subscribed to a trial of this… I subscribed to a trial of this software after no longer having full access to Adobe Acrobat. It was such an easy to use alternative, and more affordable per year. They also have an excellent, and very efficient customer support team. I recommend PDFFiller to any individual or business in need of a solid pdf. editing solution.

I love that pdfFiller.com has a vast selection to search through, although it can be frustrating to find what you are looking for because even when you change the search information, the same ones pull right back up. The price is fair if you use it daily or at least 3 times a week, which I don't but I use it frequently enough since there is no cheaper option than the monthly rate.

How to Use the Redact Application Feature in pdfFiller

The Redact Application feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily redact sensitive information from your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to redact in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Redact' tab at the top of the page.

Select the 'Redact Application' option from the dropdown menu.

A new window will appear with the Redact Application interface.

Use the 'Select Area' tool to highlight the sensitive information you want to redact. You can select individual words, lines, or entire paragraphs.

Once you have selected the area, click on the 'Redact' button.

The selected area will be redacted, and the sensitive information will be permanently removed from the document.

Repeat steps 5-7 for any additional sensitive information you want to redact.

Use the paper document method to redact a scanned file. Print out the paper document. Cut out the text that needs to be redacted. Use opaque tape or paper to cover the redacted sections. Scan the document and save it as a PDF.
Open the PDF that contains the text you want to black out. Go to the Tools menu and select the Redact tool to open the Secondary Tool Bar immediately above the PDF. It includes the Redaction Tools. Choose Mark for Redaction and select OK when prompted by the pop-up window.
Open your PDF document. Switch to Edit Mode. Drag cursor over the text you want to redact to select it. Right-click over selected text and choose Edit and then Redact from the right-click menu.
Click on an area marked for redaction, and press Delete. Right-click an area marked for redaction, and select Delete from the menu.
Open the PDF file to redact in Preview. Black out text using any method you want (e.g. use the rectangle annotation tool with black as the color and choose the thickest border. Then draw the shape as many times as needed until your document is blacked out.) File > Save As, and choose an image format such as PNG or GIF.
Information that must be redacted on emailed bank statements is: All digits except the last 4 of the account number appearing on the statement. All digits of the routing number printed on the check images in the statement.
We use REDACTED to conceal sensitive information. If you find something funny on your bank statement that you want to share on the Internet or with your friends, you might send them a picture of the statement, but with your name, bank account number, and other sensitive info REDACTED.
