I went into your chat hoping to get… I went into your chat hoping to get answers to my inquiries regarding my account and why I couldn't locate what it kept telling me that I should be seeing. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! Kara was GREAT!!! She needs a raise and maybe a promotion. Thanks again, Kara!!! KUDOS to Kara!!! The one entity that I HAD dedicated my loyalty to (Best Buy) for over a decade... is now in my rearview mirror!!!! They are atrocious at helping anyone with anything online!!! The store employees have to go through the same phone number we do, so they're worthless! And corporate Best Buy... smh... I won't get ugly here, but just state that they were the final straw that broke the camel's back!! I will NEVER give them any more of my time or money!!! Dont have a printer but can have the forms ready for when i find 1 Was in a tight spot with not having a printer and such. the 1 month free trial with everthing I'm having to deal with right now has help make it slightly easier. I can get everything filled out and have it ready for a printer when I'm able to reach it! Thank you it helped a bunch. all I had to do was google the forms n a link to the form n this website popped up and was able to start filling it out right away. thank you again!

Well worth the subsription! I was a little skeptical about this program initially but I am thankful I gave it a try. It really is worth the minimal amount for a subscription. It is fairly easy to figure out. My one minor issue is how it keeps stacking your changes as recent documents, which again is very minor. I have used this personally, for our church and for work. Let's just say I am getting the best bang for my buck. Thank you for making a good and user friendly product.

I used this product to edit and fill… I used this product to edit and fill out an application and found the software to be very easy to use and very effective! I unfortunately forgot to cancel my 30day free trial and was unexpectedly hit with the charge the week before payday when I really couldn’t afford it. I explained my situation to the customer support team via chat and they happily refunded me my payment! Could not be happier with the service they provided and the understanding of my situation.
