I needed to fill out a one-off 6 page form and was looking for a free app to do it. When I Googled for this you came up and I did not track it was not free until I completed the form. Then I was "stuck" b/c I needed it asap and the request for payment did not come up until the end. I was not happy and would never have used the program had I tracked what happened. That being said, it was an excellent program and if I had to fill out forms routinely, I would recommend it. But since I don't need this app, please cancel my subscription.

THE BEST support team I have ever had, EVER!!!!!!! Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! The name truly fits This program is very easy to use and gives the user lots of tools. I had to make a few changes to a large and older PDF and I was able to make those changes. If you want a great PDF software with support you cant go wrong with PDFfiller Yesterday, I needed assistance with a PDF, which, when it was submitted to PDFFiller, would change the computer bar and make it into numbers. Since I needed this document in its original form, I contacted their customer service, and Kara helped me. Kara went out of her way to make sure my problem was resolved. It was really nice to talk to a real human instead of a bot, and that human being was so kind and able. My problem is not completely resolved, but she taught me how to be able to fill the PDF without losing the bar and eventually make a template, which is what I need to do. Awesome team-mate, you got there, PDF Filler!

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. We are an accounting office in Kansas and we have quite a few clients that are out of town and this program allowed us to get signatures with out having the clients come into the office multiple times. I would defiantly recommend this program! We are a small firm so the basic package works for us and it is a reasonable price and the customer service is great, prompt and knowledgeable.
