After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

I live in Philadelphia SEPTA is not running because of contract issues but my military ask that I complete a form and send it to them within five days or I would be subject to pay large amount. Since I could use PDF Filler that lets me fax , signed update all at once I made the deadline without leaving my home ... I sent this out to many of my friends we all need a choice to fax and complete forms ASAP

PDF filler is a real time saver PDF filler is really good for formatting forms that don't come with editable text boxes. This is really useful for me as it saves me having to print off forms, write on them and then upload and send them back. I have had an issue where one of the forms I was working on suddenly refreshed and I lost my progress. But it's only happened once

Customer support was very quick to reply to my issue. I had been charged for my pdf and wanted to cancel as would not use the service enough to justify $96.00. In reply I was told it would be cancelled and the automatic renewal deleted. My only regret is that my money would not be refunded.***** to the charge I had tried (unsuccessfully) to find out how to cancel it. Im either stupid or the instructions werent on line.to easily find.

EASY like 123 having being able to come to this website , find the court document i need , and fill it out all at the same time has been life changing for me lately. i am able to clearly see what's written, understand it more, and also once i'm done implementing my information i can print however many copies i need without leaving home. It's great It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

Easy process and good program with a nice free trial, just not able to fit in my budget. Easy process, user-friendly, quick and efficient. I like that it let me trial it for a few days. I just don't have the money for a subscription right now and only needed to use it this one time.
