Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. I have enjoyed the ease of the program but I there are things I need to know. I'd like to be able to alphabetize my patients and store them more easily.

I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

I love it! my only gripe is not being able to send emails with pdf's as normal attachments. I have to send a lot of PDF's to insurance companies and they complain that their systems cannot open the PDF's as sent from pdffiller so I have to take the time to download them from pdffiller, upload them to my CRM, and then attach them in emails. It would be great to be able to save that time. But other than that I am very impressed with the service.

I love PDFfiller!!! It does everything I need for the office at a fair price.
I am able to find time to bill insurance with the ease and use of this software. I wouldn't even bother without it.
It's easy to use, cheaper than the alternatives and has more options. Check out the comparison chart. It has taken away my frustration with insurance billing. It makes the process smooth and quick. I feel organized for once!

Work and Study Budy
Overall I love the app and all the features it offer! The benefits totally outweigh the cost. Amazing app!
What I like most about the feature is I can use it both for work to fill out pdf files and for my personal studies where I can write notes, comment, add highlights and more to the file.
What I least like about this is it can be a bit pricey to maintain especially if I were only a student. But good thing I am also using it for work so I can really maximize its use.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!
