ITS GOOD BUT PRICE SHOULD BE MADE RESONABLE SO THAT MORE PEOPLE CAN AFFORD AND USE YOUR TOOLS. FOR PEOPLE IN INDIA IT IS STILL EXPENSIVE. IF YOU REDUCE YOUR PRICE, IT WILL BE AFFORDABLE TO MANY AND YOU WILL HAVE MORE CUSTOMER VOLUME IN INDIA THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY. THIS WILL HELP YOU GENERATE MORE REVENUE.

Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

Can you amend an invoice once sent?
Remember: never make changes to the prices on an invoice you've already sent. The amended invoice will still have the same invoice number and changing the price will confuse your customer. To amend a price, you must create a credit note instead and start again.
Can you revise an invoice?
If you need to adjust the total amount up or down, you can issue a separate credit note in lieu of an amended invoice. To correct additional details like date, address, or product details, you must submit a fresh invoice, ensuring that it comes with a unique invoice number to reflect the change.
How do I make a correction to an invoice?
In cases where you want to delete or amend an invoice, a credit note will usually suffice as the solution. A credit note allows you to effectively - and legally - cancel an invoice. It's required by law that you always keep a copy of all invoices you issue for control purposes.
