What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

roughly speaking timer resolution is how often your processor “updates/refreshes” older operating systems (XP and earlier) would have it set to 15+ milliseconds as default. This could increase your ping by 10/15ish and maybe drop your fps by the same amount.
Does timer resolution actually work?
Therefore if your code uses a timer or sleep value less than the timer resolution on your system you won't be getting the results you expect. The timer resolution will be globally changed while the application is running and will revert to the previous value when it is closed.
