I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. Very useful service. Trying to create a fillable pdf is made simple. Although when it's downloaded, one or two areas are not fillable anymore so have to do it again.

It is a very robust platform that could use a few more page editing tools - what about cut and paste to move a line of text left or right?

I work on government contracts which require pages and pages filled out. I import them all into pdffiller and work right from there.

PDF filler works great and has helped print some documents that we used to have to type.
Less time spent on creating forms for the clinic.
Document creation - used it for paper billing, in house forms, and staff checklists. Easy to create the document and implement
Alignment is sometimes different on the document than what prints. Can take a little trial and error to make it align perfectly.

I do not understand how to navigate adobe, pdfFiller or and other computer stuff. I was so pleaseds when I learned how to print a WORD doc ..... Now there is so much more and I am lost!

I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. She offered to change my subscription and refund the rest of my money, I of course excepted and they changed it immediately! ***** ******** for your amazing customer service! And your forms, that have been time saving!
