It is expensive. You need to reduce the annual price. I also do not like the way the eraser works - it is either very sketchy or one has to save a doc and reload to erase something just done. Very slow and clunky

I have used PDFfiller to fill out PDF forms which wow dave required my either purchasing a piece of software or otherwise some other form of complex document manipulation - PDFfiller has made PDF document handling a breeze for me.

With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

When documents are locked by other applications such as DocuSign you cannot sign them or open them with this software. You are however able to sign them on that platform after creating a separate logon with DocuSign.

Excellent Customer Service from PDFfiller staff, Kara
I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. It's diffcult to make some changes or fix mistakes. I have notice that it is had to find a blank form. So if you need to file say 2 941 forms. I couldn't just choose another 941 form from menu. I had to use one of my saved forms or let the site and choose to file 941 and log back in

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
