The outputs of the system are great ... just your opening page is a bit confusing. I just wanted to look convert a document but couldn't see conversion icons - finally worked out that I have to use Add New button - remember people are coming to your website from other portals they have used before - and like me they look for a document conversion tool!

The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me.

How can I remove PDF File protection from mobile?
Tap on the file to open it > enter the password to unlock the document > tap on the three-dots icon present in the top-right corner > select Change Password and tap Remove Password. This will disable the password-protection on the PDF file and the next time you try to open it, you won't require to enter the password.
How do I turn off PDF restrictions?
Open the PDF file you wish to Open. Next, go to File menu >> Properties >> Permission Details. Now, go to the Security tab and choose the ''No Security'' option.
