I've signed up for the 30 days trial to fill out an important form via PDF file. Work & covid has been occupying me so much that I forgot to cancel my free trial. I sent in a ticket and spoke to a staff named Phoebe. She replied extremely fast, understood my situation and proceeded to help me with my refund.

Pre Employment Applicaiton
I work in HR and needed help with setting up an application to generate the same information such as name, DOB, etc on all pages to save time. Rep Kara was amazing! I just started using this tool and I am impressed with the ease of editing a PDF document. I have yet to master lining up my edited text with the document. I am able to edit the document enough to be useful.

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time.
You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.

If your print shows dark lines on the printout of a created PDF file, then lower the opacity and create the PDF file again. Select the object that contains the spot color. Choose Window > Transparency to open the Transparency palette. In the Opacity field, enter a value like 99.9%. Export or print to PDF again.
