How do I transfer my Chrome bookmarks to another computer?
On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click More. Select Bookmarks Import Bookmarks and Settings. Select the program that contains the bookmarks you'd like to import. Click Import. Click Done.

Click the menu or Customize and Control Google Chrome in the upper right-hand corner of your browser. Click Bookmarks, then Organize. Select Export Bookmarks to HTML File and save the bookmark file to your drive.

Where are Chrome bookmarks stored?
Google Chrome stores the bookmark and bookmark backup file in a long path into the Windows file system. The location of the file is in your user directory in the path “Appear\\Local\\Google\\Chrome\\User Data\\Default.” If you want to modify or delete the bookmarks file for some reason, you should exit Google Chrome first.

By default, when you sign in to Chrome, all your Chrome data will be synced to your Google Account. This includes bookmarks, history, passwords, and other information. If you don't want to sync everything, you can also select what types of Chrome data to sync. On a trusted computer, open Chrome and sign in.
