I give it a 4/5 because sometimes editing text might change the context of the document (ex.remove boxes or darkness of boxes etc). Other than that it's worked fine.

I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in. Is an emailed lease legal?
Lease agreements are very important legal documents. For managers and landlords who do not use electronic signatures, they may choose to mail a lease agreement to the tenants if they cannot meet to sign the lease in-person prior to move-in.
What happens if you never signed a lease?
Your Lease. Whenever you rent a house or apartment, you make a lease. Even if you never sign anything and just give the landlord some money in exchange for the key — you still have a lease. BUT if you don't keep your promise by paying the rent, the landlord can take you to court and evict you.
What happens if I don't sign lease?
You can be evicted if you refuse to sign a new lease, but only if the lease contains terms which are materially the same as in the previous agreement. If you decide to move, and you give the landlord a 30-day notice to vacate before the end of the term of the lease, you will be in breach of your lease.
Can you get out of a lease you just signed?
You just signed a lease to rent a new apartment, but the next day change your mind for whatever reason. That can pose problems, because you have just signed a binding agreement that won't be easy to get out of unless you have “just cause,” or the landlord is amenable.
Can my landlord sue me if I never signed a lease?

Is a tenancy agreement binding if not signed?
It is possible for a legally binding tenancy to be created even if a tenancy agreement was never signed. This is under section 54(2) of the Law of Property Act which provides that, in most cases, so long as the tenant is in occupation and paying rent a tenancy is created.

If you mail a lease agreement, some managers might require the tenant to have the signature notarized.
How long do I have to sign a lease?
You should aim to send the lease to your tenants 5 weeks before their move-in date. Let your tenants know when you expect the lease returned to you. This will help ensure you get it back in a timely manner. If you require they return it in 5 days, you'll be right on time to sign the lease 30 days before they move in.
