My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I have been using this program for almost 2 years now and it is amazing! I have uploaded all of my work documents/forms so I no longer have to hand write every single thing. Not to mention I am saving money by not having to purchase any paper and more importantly I don't have to purchase any printer ink.

The program is easy to use and super convenient. Your documents are always with you on the server PDFIller provides.
What do you dislike?
Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.

The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

I used their services for 1 year
I used their services for 1 year, all great services and does exactly what you would expect. Also they are very fast to respond to customer's emails.
They also gave me a very fast refund within few hours of requesting it as my subscription was auto renewal and i no longer needed that second subscription. Highly recommend and can be trusted with your money 100%.

AWESOME SOFTWARE
Great software, the only challenge I had was the sign in process. I have had a few accounts as I had challenges signing in and ended up making additional accounts. This could be user error but I am sure others have had this issue also.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. PDFFiller is easy to use. Took only a few minutes to set up and get started. All your documents are in order and they're easy to access. When forwarding to a client, etc., I like that it generates a security code that's required to access the documents. Customer service is *******!
