Recently tried to use a function that wasn't available to me which I thought the personal plan I had subscribed to gave to me. I had a chance to do the shoppers review survey and because of this gave them three stars. I was surprised to get an email from PDF filler offering me an upgrade to my subscription so that I could get all the features that I want free for a year. I like the program a lot. You recently changed the format a little. When I want to save a document to my computer, I can't tell it where to save it; it automatically saves it to my downloads, which I do not like. Before you changed the format, I was able to save a PDF completed document to whatever file I needed to on my computer. I would like to be able to do that again.

I would give it five stars but honestly it is a lot of money per month for me when I rarely use it. That said, when I DO use it, it is a massive time saver. I love the signature features and how well the filler integrates with every form and contract I have used.

All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode,
All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode,but you hide it took me almost 30 minutes to find this.And almost get out from this site..if you see i'm uploading a PDF file, suggest me the rewrite mode from within the Preview mode, (or on right click on the document - with the remove to trash and all the other options)

Outstanding Tool To Fill Out PDFs.

Pdf filler does exactly what it says. It allows you to fill out that important PDF without having to print or use old school tactics (namely pen and ink) to get work done.
No cons whatsoever. It delivers and I definitely downloaded it at some point in life and was satisfied with whatever reason I did.

What I liked best about the service was how it handled my documents. It preserves the quality of the pages and allows me to rearrange them as needed. Simply amazing!

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

I purchased a change to my account in error.
I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. She was extremely helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.
