overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

The only difficulty I encountered was figuring out how to find subsequent forms. I worked it out -= probably not in the most expeditious way - but I will happily use the service in the future.

What do you like best?
It's so user friendly and very robust in the many changes that I need to make to any given file.
What do you dislike?
I wish it would allow you to add more than 5 pages at one time when I'm trying to make changes to a several documents and uploading it into one main file.

What do you like best?
I am able to take a pdf file and change to a jpeg very easily. This allows me to change pdf file so it can be put on FaceBook. I also use it to make corrections instantly when it will take a day or two to get someone else to send it. I simply erase the incorrect data and type in the correct.
What do you dislike?
I have found that the program is not intuitive and there is a fairly large learning curve. I still don't know all the functionality, but what I know it will do make it worth it to me.

The product works I was able to fill forms and use powerful tools. They are not Adobe though and they charge nearly as much. The web sight interface was easy to use. They charge WANton much especially if you want the option to use it for only a short period of time.

good experience but sometime when you try to change something it's changing also the font and the size. some pictures disapear or become completly black so unuseful. There are some things to correct in your application

Excellent Customer Support I received quick email responses from costumer support and very fair and kind help - I wasn't aware of my subscription status and was billed for a full year. Because I didn't need the full year subscription, I cancelled my subscription and emailed customer support right away to let them know. I requested a refund and it was kindly granted. Mind you, I emailed them as soon as I got my billing notification from PayPal and my bank account hadn't been charged yet - but they made sure to refund me before I was charged! Many thanks to the helpful customer support worker.

You have not specifically said how you actually change the customer name, but if I understand correctly, you should be able to change the customer name in the customer ledger and then look up the invoice and reprint the invoice. It will warn you the customer name is changed, but it will still allow you to reprint.
Changing invoices that have already been issued If you would like to change the original amount issued on the invoice to either higher or lower, you will need to issue a credit note. Instead, you can simply create a new invoice with the corrected information, and send the new bill to your customer.
It's not illegal, per se, to amend an invoice that you've raised, but it is covering your back as it could invite litigation if you amend your own version of it without cancelling the original version — in particular if the customer has actually paid against the original.
If an incorrect invoice has been sent, the business must issue a cancellation invoice with its own, new invoice number. This will include a negative invoice amount, as well as the original invoice number and the date it was issued. Then, a correct invoice can be raised with a different invoice number.
While the prices on a pro forma invoice can change at any time, a commercial invoice is legally binding. If you issue one of these, you can't change the price until the invoice has expired.
Generally, it is legal to amend an invoice that is missing information or includes an error. However, you should never delete an invoice if this happens. It is important for auditing reasons that you hold onto records, even if they are incomplete or incorrect.
The revised invoice can only be issued with respect to any invoice issued by the supplier, whereas in case of supplementary invoice, it can only be issued to make good any deficiency in an already issued original tax invoice. A registered taxable person can only issue revised invoices to a registered taxable person.
Adjust the date of the revised invoice. Format any changes to the original invoice as needed based on unit cost and tax pricing. Complete the revisions within the invoice and save before printing and closing. Send the client the copy of the revised invoice with an “amended invoice letter” explaining the changes.
