Just started. Quite happy so far. Still a little confused. When I am bringing up the same patient from last week when we just signed up, kind of confusing for us. It is okay now when we see the small icon to print from, because we only have two patients, but it is a trial and error because you can't really read the patient's name until the last phase of the print screen. This will be an impossible task once we get 10-20 patients. We need to learn more about it. Also, do you have a clearinghouse feature so that we can just submit the claim electronically?

What do you like best?
I love this engine because I can graduate the size of letters, be able to type anywhere on the pages and save every minute all forms in secure.
What do you dislike?
I don’t have any inconvenience with this software.

Great Customer Service Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

What do you like best? I like that I can edit text and pdfFiller will try and match the font closely, and I also find the Erase function very valuable. The entire tool is easy to use and makes my life much easier. What do you dislike? I have not found any downsides to using pdfFiller :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use pdfFiller to easily edit resumes in PDF format. It saves me tons of time, because I don't have to request .DOC versions or try to painfully convert PDFs into an easier to deal with format.

you can view the invoice by using t-code FB03 wherein you have to filled in document no., company code and Fiscal year.
Navigate to Z-Billing > Billing Operations. Select the Invoice tab, and search for the invoice number. Click the invoice number in the list, then click the customer name to view the customer account. In the customer account details, scroll to the Transactions area.
Using Simple Find Select “Invoice” from the “Transaction Type” drop-down menu. Fill in the search fields with as much information as you can. Click “Find.” A list of found invoices will appear on the screen. Double-click an invoice to open it.

Use purchase order as approval. If the purchasing department has already issued a purchase order, then the purchase order itself should be sufficient evidence that an invoice can be paid. Eliminate approvals for small amounts. Use negative approvals. Obtain approvals in person.
Make Sure the Invoice is Unpaid Make note of the invoice date and number and check your accounts payable or other financial records to confirm that the invoice has not yet been paid. Check individual entries on the invoice to determine if any of the charges have been paid already.
