I like it- does what it says- easy to fill in a form. My local authorities keep changing their forms so everytime we spend a long time converting them to word files for editing, they become obsolete! After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

I like being able to fill in forms from online. $72 is too much for this as I only pay $30 for several other internet programs. There should be a refund.

User manual could use a bit more work - some features were not obvious as a first time user.

Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

How do I see notifications that have disappeared?
In the Settings shortcut menu that appears, scroll down and tap Notification log. A Notification log shortcut will appear on your home screen. Just tap this, and you'll have access to your notification history and be able to retrieve those missed notifications.
How do I see notifications after they disappear?
Open your Widgets tab and then scroll till you find the Settings widget. After selecting the widget you get options for the widget, simply select Notifications You should have a notification settings icon on your home screen.
How do I see notifications on my iPhone that disappeared?
Simply go to Settings > Notifications and select the app that you are not seeing its notifications, e.g., Messages, then switch off Show in History. 4- Restart your iPhone or iPad. You can turn off your device by going to Settings > General> Shut Down. And after that simply turn on your device.
How do I stop my notifications from disappearing?
Go to Settings > Notifications and select the app in questioning my case, Instagram. Under Alerts, turn the toggle next to Show in History off. Now notifications will still appear on the Lock Screen and in the Notification Center, but as soon as you see them there once, they'll automatically be dismissed.

Pick up your iPhone to wake it up, or tap the screen (or press home screen button on the bottom for Persephone X models). From the lock screen, swipe up from the middle to see your notifications. Next to the words Notification Center is an X in a gray circle. “Clear All Notifications” will appear.
