I would recommend, with caveats about the cost based on how much it would be used. Many government forms and other PDFs are already fillable, so PDFfiller isn't needed that often for the average person. However, it was very nice to use.

I have had no formal training however it seems very easy and user friendly, however it does not able have all of the facilities that we require. But a good program overall.

I like to use PDF filler.com because I can fill the entire form on the computer, except the places where I need to sign it. Also, it has an option to fill the form on the computer or print it out with blank spaces which I can fill it out manually with a pen. Finally, I only pay for the program as long as my subscription is active.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

It's essential for digital nomads. Since my base is in the US. I rely on these solutions to continue operations in the US from abroad. I would integrate payment systems, especially with the banking networks to be able to send money orders or checks physically. And I would suggest connecting with virtual offices to be able to interact with clients in a virtual office setting. I'm thinking a virtual secretary solution... just some thoughts to improve.

Is stamp duty on a new lease tax-deductible?
Answer: Stamp duty land tax payable on a lease renewal forms part of the incidental costs of the acquisition of the new lease and, as the lease is a capital asset, is part of the costs of acquisition falling within section 38 CGA 1992.
Are new lease costs allowable for tax?
Expenses for a let of a year or less can be deducted. The normal legal and professional fees incurred on the renewal of a lease are also allowable if the lease is for less than 50 years. But any proportion of the legal etc costs that relate to the payment of a premium on the renewal of a lease are not deductible.
Can I deduct my lease car payments from my taxes?
You can only deduct the part of your lease payments that are for the business use of the vehicle. When you choose the actual expense method, you may also be able to deduct other vehicle-related costs, such as depreciation, maintenance, repairs, gas, insurance and registration fees.
Are lease expenses tax-deductible?
Lease payments are also a deductible business expense if you are leasing a car for your trade or business. If you are using the car for business purposes and are self-employed you can still take these lease payments as deductible expenses, but the value of the deduction will change as your tax rate drops.
How much can you write off on a leased vehicle?
You can deduct the business percentage of your lease payments. For leased vehicles, the limit on the monthly lease payment that you can deduct is $800 per month plus HST, which works out to a maximum of $9,600 in expenses that are tax-deductible annually.
How is tax calculated on a lease?
For instance, when a car is purchased, the sales tax is simply added to the cost of the car and then either paid by the consumer or rolled into a loan. A lease payment is determined by subtracting the MSRP or negotiated price, minus the residual value. The car dealership will provide you with the residual value.
