9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

I have been able to ask questions by email and by live chat. I needed to be able to sign documents and now i need to be able to convert docs to PDF and am pleased to find a way to do it.

I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that

I've tried other programs to convert pdf files and it didn't work. At least you were able to convert from pdf to a document I needed to type and enter information on before submission. I would like to save my resume' in a docx. file without loosing the format. My resume is already created but I would like to make changes on it when I get a new job. Please help!!!

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Easy to use and one of the best software to use to sign documents. Also great when you need to edit pdf files.
There were some issues when I tried to fill documents online. Find that I have to download the document.

THIS THING IS A DREAM (although I did have some kind of issue opening up a file.) I used the MERGE function and it merged some files I didn't need. That was weird. So I'm editing one page at a time instead. That seems to be working.
