Change account owner's role Go to Settings > Billing. Select Admin panel at the top left corner > Users. Next, select the account owner. On the right, select the workspace where you'd like to modify the account role. Select the role you need and hit Save.
Account ownership can only be transferred only to another member of your PandaDoc account. Go to Settings > Billing. Next, type in the name or email address to select the new owner. Then, an email will be sent out to the old owner, i.e. you, so you can confirm the ownership transfer.
To remove the “Expired” status, you have two options: Change the document back to draft. To do so, open the document, and click on Actions > Edit. Modify expiration settings and document content (if needed) and resend it to your recipients.
In your PandaDoc account, go to Settings > Billing. Once in the Billing tab, click the hamburger menu next to the Admin Panel and go to Users. Click the account of the user you would like to re-assign, and you will see the option to change their licenses to Standard, Creator, eSignature, or Read-Only.
You can customize the table of contents block as any text or table block in your template or document. Start by selecting the block, then select Properties on the floating panel, then go to Design on the right. Here you'll be able to customize: Row colors.
Hover on the far right over the document for which you'd like to transfer ownership, click on the vertical ellipses, then choose Transfer ownership from the dropdown menu. In the pop-up, start typing the name or email of the user who will become the document's new owner.
Change signer Select Manage at the top of the page or Manage recipients tab along the right panel. Select the signer you'd like to change. Select Change signer. Select another recipient from the dropdown, or add a new one. Note: Select Change / Change and send.
Open the document, in the top right, click Actions > Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again. After you have resent the document, the recipient will get a new notification email with the latest document version.
