Open the document, in the top right, click Actions > Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again. After you have resent the document, the recipient will get a new notification email with the latest document version.
Note: Go to Settings > Branding and emails > and you will see a logo. Click Change logo. You can drag and drop a photo or upload one from your computer, you can also import from Dropbox, Google Drive, Box or OneDrive. Once the image has been processed, this image will now show up for your PandaDoc account and in emails.
Arial, Georgia, Helvetica, Monospace, and Times New Roman are the fonts already inside of PandaDoc by default. If your brand uses other fonts, it's simple to import them using the Google Font import URL.

Add custom font Go to Design. Click on the font options dropdown, then select +Add custom font. Next, go to Google Fonts, find the font you'd like to add, then choose “Select this style.” Unfold the “Family selected” tab and copy the import URL. Paste this URL into PandaDoc and click Add font.
You can change the font, font colors, and background of any of the blocks within the Header or the Footer. Additionally, you can also change the overall, default look and feel of the entire Header or Footer section. To do this click on Design >Customize Theme > and then click Header & Footer.
Step 1: Select the document. Go to Documents. Step 2: Pull the Document Back. Select Actions ⇒ Edit document. Step 3-A: Make Edits. At this point you can make the necessary edits to your document. Step 3-B: Resend Document. Step 3-C: Delete Document.
To set up or update your personal signature, go to Settings > My account, then select Change signature. You'll then be given three options: “Draw”, “Type,” or “Upload” an existing signature from your computer. Make your selection, then when you're finished, save your signature.
