i love the user experience but it is a little difficult to tell where the writing will show up on the lines once I save to PDF and send to clients. also, if the lines are close together it is hard to tell if your letters will get cut off. but overall its a great product going to try to use online and see how that works.

Easy to use. It's good that we have this product cause we can just sign PDF's without printing. Sometimes it's hard to place the 'typing icon' in the right place for filling in information or data.

Monthly expenses/costs can become a concern for small business budget. It will be greatly appreciated if these costs were waived for organizations providing resources to support consumers. This program is new to me...so far no… This program is new to me...so far no issues. Well one small one. when I used a different device, it asked me to verify with a code. they gave me the code but it would not let me type in the code. Howervr I was sill able to use the program without the code.

It is significantly more user friendly than the others that do similar functions. What makes this a good decision is the cost and the support. It costs a third of the software we currently use and when I experienced a problem (on the weekend) I had (professional and personal) support online in less than a minute. Very satisfied.
