easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.

The current Gmail email sending limit is 500 emails per 24 hours when sending from their web interface. It's important to note that this means 500 in any combination (i.e. 1 email to 500 people or 5 emails to 100 each, etc.).
To create a new Gmail account, sign out of Gmail, then click “Sign In.” On the Gmail front page, click “Create an Account” and follow the directions. When you have reached the maximum number of daily recipients in one Gmail account, sign out of that account and sign in to the second account.
Rule 1: You can send emails to a maximum of 500 recipients per day through the Gmail website. If you are a Google Apps for Work user, your daily limit is 10000 email recipients per day.
The Gmail mail server send limit is approximately 100-150 emails per day when connected to the server from a remote email client. You can send 500 emails each day through the Gmail SMTP server when logged into their web interface. The Comcast mail server limits residential customers to send 1,000 messages per day.
”You have reached a limit for sending mail” When you get this error, you should be able to send emails again within 1 to 24 hours. To prevent this from happening in the future, try creating a Google Group of all your email recipients and sending the message to that group's email address.
Just click the new Show Usage button: Then look at the message that is displayed at the top of your screen: It's that easy! Now you can tell at any given moment how many emails you've sent through your Gmail account over the last 24 hours and how many you can send right now.
BCC is not good for lots of recipients Sending the same email once to 50 recipients is a lot easier than sending 50 individual emails. Sending that email using BCC including all 50 recipients on the BCC line, so they can't see each other's email addresses seems like a polite and sensible thing to do.
Name the “contact group,” and next time you will just enter the group name with all the stored email addresses into the BCC area. So much easier. Outlook imposes no limits on the number of people an email can be sent to, most ISPs, however, do impose limits as an anti-spam measure.
