User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.
