How to edit a PDF in PandaDoc?
PDF itself is not editable, but the PandaDoc product team came up with an option to add information on top of the PDF. You can put not only fields on top of the PDF to collect information from your customers, but also blocks. Any block can be laid on top of the original PDF: image, text, and even videos.
What is the difference between a document and a template in PandaDoc?
A PandaDoc Document is a single-use document that you create and send via PandaDoc out to to specific people. We use the word "document" in contrast to templates, content library items, and forms. A PandaDoc template is a master copy of your key document (your typical Proposal, Agreement, Contract, etc.)
How do I recall a document in PandaDoc?
To recover a deleted document, open the document list first, next, select Trash folder, hover on the far right over the document, and select three vertical ellipses > Restore.
How do I change initials in PandaDoc?
Signature and initials options Meanwhile, Initials field only has two options: Draw and Type. Go to Settings > Workspace defaults and check/uncheck the options you need. Select Save Changes once done.
How do I assign all fields in PandaDoc?
Instead of adding fields and clicking on them one by one to assign them, start by choosing the recipient first then adding all of the fields that person needs to fill out or sign. Once a recipient is selected, any fields added to the document will automatically be assigned to them.
How to add fillable fields in PandaDoc?
To add a field, open your document/template first, then go to the Content panel on the right, select a role/recipient who will fill out this field later, or add a new one under "Fillable fields for". After that, click on the field or drag and drop it to the place you need.
How do I edit Documents on PandaDoc?
Open the document, in the top right, click Actions > Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again. After you have resent the document, the recipient will get a new notification email with the latest document version.
How do I rename a document in PandaDoc?
If you need to rename a sent document, you can do so by choosing the Rename option from the dropdown menu. You can copy, move and delete multiple documents/templates at once. Check all the documents you'd like to manage, at the top right choose an action.
