If you have an Android device, set up a passphrase to get into Signal. Go to the menu, select Settings, then Privacy. To enable a passphrase, set the slider to Enable and choose a passphrase.

Then key in 4 digit security pins twice to enable password protected feature. From now on, anyone trying to open LINE on your mobile phone will have to enter your 4 digit security pin.
