I struggled a bit when the form was completed because I failed to see where the "Print" button was located, but a rep from Customer Care (Paul) helped me and I was all set. Looking forward to exploring and using the PDF filler site frequently.

I use the program infrequently in my present roll, so was surprised by the page lay-out change. It was a bit more difficult to simply pick it up and understand the new format.

I use PDFfiller for city and county land-use applications. Having the ability to complete these varying forms simply, and have them stored for future use is invaluable!

How do I get a home school affidavit?
Go to the online affidavit form. Enter the requested information. When you have completed the form, click on the “Submit Form” button to save and submit the information. Ensure that a confirmation page appears. Print and retain the affidavit for your records.
How do I file an affidavit for homeschooling?
If you need to file your affidavit and cannot do so electronically, you have two choices. First, you may request a paper PSA from the state. To receive a paper PSA, e-mail privateschools@cde.ca.gov or call (916) 445-7331.
How do I register as a homeschooler?
