What do you like best?
In-line text, change font size, save options to name a few. Being able to quickly fill out insurance applications and having the text line up is amazing. I have been looking for this feature for awhile. PDFfiller is quick, easy, and has boosted my efficiency greatly.
What do you dislike?
The page fails when resizing text, and then you need to reload it. That is really my only issue other than when saving a PDF to my local machine, I don't need the indicator to pop up and tell me where to look.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up! You won't regret it. PDFfiller is easy to use, extremely helpful, and increases productivity dramatically. Great product.

Great for what I needed it for
Needed to complete nursery registration forms for my daughters (which were emailed to me in PDF format), but have no access to a printer, so really appreciate software like this! Was quickly able to complete, and then email back to the nursery.If you are someone who regular needs to complete PDF's online, then you would really benefit from this.Was slightly confusing to begin with, but quickly got my head around it.

Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. How do you calculate a 30-day notice?
A tenant must vacate the rental unit by the end of the thirtieth day after the date on which notice was served. For example, if a 30-day notice is served on July 16, you would begin counting days on July 17, and the 30-day period would end on August 15.

Do you have to pay rent when given a 30-day notice?
It's simple: You can leave, but you pay rent for that period, anyway. For example, if you suddenly move out of a month-to-month unit where 30 days' notice is required, the landlord will probably simply deduct from your security deposit the amount of rent you would have paid if you had delivered the required notice.
How do you respond to a 30-day notice?
Pay any delinquent rent that is due to the landlord within the allotted time of the notice. Move out of the premises within the allotted time of the notice. File an answer with the judicial court. File a motion to stay with the court.
Do all tenants have to sign 30 day notice?
In most states, a tenant must provide a landlord with a written 30-day notice of the intent to terminate the tenancy. If the rental agreement specifies that a tenant may only give notice on a certain day of each month, however, then the tenant must wait until that day to give notice.

30 days is 30 days. You do not need to actually give the notice on the first, but you need to give AT LEAST 30 days notice. That is, it can be more, but it can't be less. Practically speaking, the landlord may or may not seek to get the additional month's rent our of you.

The 30-day notice is unique in that it can only take effect on certain days: the rental due date during a periodic lease, or the end date of a term lease.
