For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

I love it! my only gripe is not being able to send emails with pdf's as normal attachments. I have to send a lot of PDF's to insurance companies and they complain that their systems cannot open the PDF's as sent from pdffiller so I have to take the time to download them from pdffiller, upload them to my CRM, and then attach them in emails. It would be great to be able to save that time. But other than that I am very impressed with the service.

great editing software. easy to use and loved how easy it was to start to use because i never had to go through any major learning curve.

I've only just started using it, but so far; I am loving it. It's easy to use, and very useful with my work. I'm an RN and I work as an independent nurse, so having this program is so nice for my plans of care, and sending them to the physician to get signed is easy peasy! Thank you.

What does the key mean on Spectrum Guide?
What does the key mean on spectrum? The key symbol on the program would indicate that you don't subscribe to the channel that's providing the program.
What is the key icon on Spectrum Guide?
The key icon indicates that the video is available to watch once you sign in through your cable or satellite TV provider. When you sign in, the key icon will change to a play icon, and your content will be available to watch.
What does the key mean on demand?
The key symbol on the program would indicate that you do not subscribe. To the channel that is providing the program. If you do subscribe to the channel and are seeing this it may have been locked. Out through parental controls.
How do I reset my Spectrum Guide?
Press Menu on your remote. Using the arrow buttons, scroll to Account Overview and then press OK/Select. Scroll to Equipment using the arrow buttons and then press OK/Select. Highlight RESET DATA and then press OK/Select. Once the system has reset, try your request again.

How do I see all the channels on my Spectrum Guide?
Use the down arrow button to highlight Guide and press OK. Highlight Subscribed Channels and press OK. To display only channels you subscribe to in the guide, select View subscribed and press OK. To display all channels (including channels you are not subscribed to), select View all channels and press OK.
How do I know what channels I have on spectrum?
To view the channel lineup in your area, visit spectrum.com/channels. Enter your address and select View Channel Lineup.
What are the 23 channels spectrum is dropping?
