I found that PDFfiller allowed me to fill out & print tax forms that were not supported by my tax software.I do wish that your service was bit more straight forward in the pricing. So far I like it. I don't like that it saves it multiple times and when I try to get rid of the older versions it erases all. I am not sure if I am doing it wrong. Overall, I like the features. I'd like to see the rotating feature added. For instance, when you erase and add a new text, and thd pdf page is crooked, you can cut and rotate the piece to straiten it.

overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

Great Customer Service
Used the service on a free trial, was a positive experience but I didn't need it after I was done applying for apartments. Forgot to cancel after my trial and was charged for 2 months, contacted customer service on their live chat and was given the full refund within a minute! World class customer service!

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

How do I change my payment method to none?
Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in. Tap Payment Information, then change or remove your information. To remove the payment method, select None.
How do I change my iPhone payment method to none?
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in. Tap Payment Information. Change or remove your information. To remove your payment method, select None. Tap Done.
How do I bypass the payment method on my iPhone?

Once the balance is paid off, you can go into your Apple ID settings and easily select the None option for a payment method, which effectively removes your credit card from Apple's online system.
Why can't I change my payment method to none?
Open the App Store app select free app tap on Get When asked to sign in with an Apple ID, tap Create New Apple ID Go ahead with the onscreen instructions None when you are asked to select a payment method. You can't see None option when using the Apple ID account page to set your payment method.
Why can't I change my payment method on iPhone?
Open Settings and tap on Your Name at the top of the screen. Then, tap Payment & Shipping and enter your Apple ID password. Next, tap on the payment method you'd like to update. You can either update the information about the card, or scroll all the way down and tap Change Payment Method if you have a new card.
