They have great customer service I was refunded when I didn’t realize i paid for a years subscription upfront and I only had to pay the first month. Very happy companies like this still exist. The file editing is easy and can be done from iPhone.

Hands down, the best PDF tool!
I haven't come across any other feature filled tool like this one; it's a solid 10/10. The support team is excellent! My technical issue was resolved in a record 30 minutes!

Sometimes a bit complicated but no other company has my attention yet
This software can edit, find, fax, email, and fix documents. fax is strong, and blacking out and deleting items is nice.
Sometimes you can see where old edits have been made and they print bad.

Only used the free trial = it was easy to use; however, I cannot afford the price per month since I very rarely use the product.

Billing, invoices and subscription
Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

JUST AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN ADOBE PDF AND CHEAPER
Used for filling out electronic documents, easier than filling out documents manually and then having to scan them in order to email them.
Easier to use than adobe PDF, at a better price.
No complaints about this software as the time of me reviewing it, so far very content with it.

Who chooses the title company buyer or seller?
The buyer and seller reach an agreement about who selects and pays for title insurance. In some cases, the buyer selects the title company and pays for a lender's insurance policy. Sometimes the seller selects the title company and pays for an owner's title insurance policy.

Who hires the title company when buying a house?
Typically the Seller will engage the real estate agent to initiate the marketing of the property. The Seller's agent will then use a Title company to check ownership and liens. Title Companies provide this service for free in order to get the Insurance contracts (Seller and Buyer) at the close of sale.
Can a seller require a buyer to use a specific title company?
The only way a Seller can mandate that purchaser use a particular title company is if the seller paid 100% of all title insurance and related title costs. HUD's RESP Division has stated on numerous occasions that unless the seller pays 100% of the title related costs then the seller has violated RESP.
Does the buyer or seller choose the closing attorney?
Generally a seller will hire a real estate attorney once he or she has the offer to purchase on the table. A real estate attorney will help the seller negotiate the offer, so clearly buyer and seller would not use the same attorney. The final step of any real estate sale is the closing.

The conventional wisdom is that because the seller is paying for the owner's title policy (as is usually the case), the seller should have the right to select the title company. If the seller is paying for or purchasing the policy then, arguably, there is no violation. However, the answer is not as clear as it appears.

The accepted practice is for the buyer submitting an offer to purchase, or, more likely, the agent working with the buyer, selects a title company and includes the selection in the offer to purchase.
