It was easy to use. just having difficulty emailing and printing 25 page document. states processing 1 of 25 but bar is not loading. quite frustrating. been trying for 1.5 hrs now. tried emailing didnt work to print off of it either. ugh

Nothing Particular other than finding out the particular IRS forms I expected to print from the IRS wasn't acceptable to download and print, and I had to purchase them when you advertise free IRS forms.

This software made it easy for me to complete a single 1099-MISC that i needed and that i wasn't able to use my current software for. I was able to quickly create the document and send it out to the necessary party on a time crunch.
This would not be good to use for a large amount of 1099's but, it did meet my needs.

What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help!
We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.
There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

I like that I can create a fillable PDF and merge documents together. This program has a lot of good features that other companies don't offer.

I have really enjoyed using the software. I use it on my iPhone, on my windows PC, on my Mac and my iPad so it's a multiplatform Holy Grail. I still use the program. Have it installed on all my computers and IOS devices. there are a lot of features that I've not used so I can't truly say much about them, but overall I'd definitely recommend the program to others.

Is it legal to keep credit card details on file?
PCI Securities Standards Council While there are no federal or state laws that make having copies of customer credit cards stored in an office illegal, doing so can put you on the wrong end of the stick with credit card companies.
Where can credit card information be stored?
Your card information is stored in a PCI-compliant external card vault provided by Speedy (www.spreedly.com).
Can a merchant store credit card information?
Due to PCI-DSS requirements, and the availability of much safer methods of storing credit card info, we strongly recommend against this method. Another way to store information is to use a merchant service that allows you to store credit cards in their system, usually online.
How do companies store credit card information?
Most companies use an online, or cloud, storage system with encryption to store your credit card data. Companies are required to store a customer's credit card data using a method that meets the Payment Card Industry's Data Security Standard or PCI DSS.
Can a doctor require a credit card on file?
”We're not aware of a law that would prohibit a physician from requiring a credit card on file prior to providing non-emergency treatment.” In short, it seems many doctors' offices want to keep a credit card number on file, so they don't have to wait to get their money.
Is it legal to keep credit cards on file?
No, of course it is not illegal to store credit card information. In California, it is against the California Business and Professions Code to record, store or contain sensitive consumer data (yes, Credit Card details are considered sensitive), without adequate security protections, so the answer is — maybe.

When accepting credit card numbers over the phone from customers, you can easily identify the type of card without asking the customer. While each credit card has a unique string of numbers, in varying lengths, the first one or two digits will reveal the issuer of the card.

Looking at the first number on your card: If it starts with 3, it is an American Express, Diner's Club, or Carte Blanche; 4 is reserved for Visa, 5 for MasterCard, and 6 for Discover. The next five digits will indicate the card issuer such as the bank or credit union, as well as the type of credit card.
